Was greatly happy to find a bagel shop so local to my home. However.. was greatly disappointed with the quality and size of the hot meat sandwich they sold me, and the length of time I had to wait, for someone called out loud for me to pick up my food. TOO bad this area needs a decent bagel breakfast restaurant.

LOVEEEEEEE this place, everyone is so friendly! they remember my name and what i eat all the time! they're so sweet and so good at all they do! one of my favorite places in town! great place with great people!

awesome food!!!!! a littlel pricy...but worth it

At first my family and I loved going out of our way to go to this place until one day my husband found hair in his ham egg and melted cheese sandwich.... He tried to quietly let the people know so they could correct this without other customers seeing or getting grossed out. The OWNER said to the cook put a fresh bun on it and they tried to put the melted food (that was found with hair on original sandwich) on a fresh bun. Now my husband is grossed out at this point and asks that he just be refunded his money for his sandwich, and my son and I were sitting down to eat the OWNER threw the sandwich across the back counter and got very pissed at my husband so then my husband said... "You know what I'll just take a full refund of our order and leave, that was uncalled for" the owner said "nope you can't ale your other food to go" and threw the money for my husbands food on the counter. Now my husband and him shared a few not so nice words because he wouldn't just give us a refund for that awful display of customer service, even I tried to speak politely with the owner and he refused to refund our money...... This just goes to show the lack of cleanliness and their disregard for customer appreciation. We will never go to this place again and advise others to steer clear.....they keep all of their containers cups, plates, napkins etc in the PUBLIC RESTROOM ITS DISGUSTING.
