Excellent clinic. Love everyone there. All 3 Doctors are exceptional and I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. Everyone is very knoweledgable and caring. I feel confident taking my animals here because I know they will recieve the best possible care. Everyone from the office staff to the doctors are involved in your pets care and every single one of them really cares about your pet and you also. I highly recommend this clinic. All of the Doctors are wonderful alomg with the techs and office staff. I would never tale my animals any where else. Thank you to everyone at this clinic for everything you do for your clients and their furry family members. AMAZING !

I have been going to this clinic since 2007 and have used Dr.Rodriguez since she came to Florida in 1991. I have used both Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Colazzos. Both are amazing and have helped my animals with great care and compassion. They always make time to fit me in if I have a concern or feel it is an emergency. Countless times they have gone above and beyond to help one of my pets. Between myself and my family and all of my past rescue animals, I have had the best care I could possibly ask for. They always explain what they think should be done, why they think it should be done, the cost, the benefits, and also the negatives with anything they do. They always answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns in detail. Everything they do is discussed with me in detail so I completely understand what is going on. Anytime my one of my pets had to stay, I was always updated on how they were doing throughout the day. The Dr called and discussed everything with me. Throughout the years I have had to put some of my pets to sleep and the entire staff, Doctors, techs, and office staff came in to console me and comfort me. They made a hard decision easier and made my dogs comfortable the entire time. I could never ask for a better group of people to trust the health care of all my animals. I will never go to another clinic. I would Highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for exceptional care for your pets. I can write pages of the exceptional care and all of the things they have done for my animals, Including walking away from lunch, staying after hours, coming in after hours, answering my questions after hours. The list goes on and on. All I can say that Everyone at this clinic is amazing from office staff to the Doctors.

All the vets are amazing. Dr. Rodriguez, Dr. Collazos, Dr. Readdy, all have helped each and every one of our pets. Great staff. Beautiful facility. I wouldn't take them any where else.

Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. This is the last veterinarian clinic i would recommend to anyone expecially if you wanted quality care. Not to mention they are overpriced and I had to call three times to get ahold of Dr Terry Readdy to request my cats blood results. When I finally got ahold of her she told me she had, "read them already to my sister and to ask her what they said." Really? Is that the kind of service you want when it comes to your pets life being in someone elses hands? Save yourself the time and heart break. Go somewhere else. If you are going to over charge someone and then be that lazy that you can't re-read the blood resluts to the actual owner of the cat to begin with. Seriously?! I appreciate you telling the wrong person what the blood results were. Do your job right, call the right person the first time and you wouldn't have to read them twice. Thanks for nothing. They must really hate animals if they don't have the heart to tell the owner a 19 year old cat what is going on with their pets health.

If I could give this vet (or Dr. Collazos) a negative number, I would! My dog was admitted to this vet on an emergency basis while I was out of town. Doctor wanted to do surgery without explaining why and his only concern was to do it immediately as his office closes at 5pm. My dog would then have to be transported to another vet and returned the next morning for more care! What??? No need as my dog DIED during the night. Not only was the communication horrible, he never even called me to explain why my dog may have passed or expressed condolences. When I showed up the next day to pick up my dog to have it cremated, Dr. Collazos never even bothered to meet with us or give us an explanation. But he DID have his bill waiting! When I spoke with my usual vet, he said they messed up on MANY levels! Never, ever use them if you can help it! I'm doing this review in memory of my helpless dog, Cody.

I love the friendly office staff here and the wonderful care we get from them. I have taken my dog here for two years now and I find everyone to be competent and happy. My dog currently sees Dr. Rodriguez and I can't say enough good things about her. She is on top of things and doesn't spare any expense when it comes to the health of an animal. She works very well with older dogs. I am always nervous putting my dog under, but she's done it twice now and he came through with only minor side effects. (The last vet who put him under had him loopy for almost a week.) I truly wish I could give this place 5 stars, but I can't. The only thing holding me back is the price. This is one of the most expensive vets in the area. She has a tendency to cross all of her t's which really drives the bill up. But you do get what you pay for with quality. I love coming here, but it may not be for everyone due to the high prices.

You will not find a more compassionate veterinary office. I drive out of my way to take my pets to them.
