John came out and fixed our LG fridge (under warranty) we now have ice for the first time in many months!! He also fixed our downdraft vent on stove in less time and money then quoted, very polite and knowledgeable. Will use again and gladly refer them to others, John from Superior Appliance is a great guy very professional company.

My wife was complaining the last few weeks that the dishes are coming out dirty from the dishwasher I told her that its an expensive its suppose to clean very good, I have a warranty on my appliance, so I called up the company they sent me to Superior Appliance they came the next day, and they fixed it on the spot my dishes are so clean.

Outstanding customer service.

When my Whirlpool dryer died I ordered service work. Unfortunately the company was unable to keep their appointments three times. I contacted Whirlpool corporate office and they directed me to Superior Appliance Repair as a local company that performs warranty work. The office staff at Superior Appliance Repair kept me informed as to when service would be rendered. The technician was friendly and handled the repairs efficiently. I now have a company for repair work that I can count on.

Very Good Superior Appliance Repair

I have never wrote on one of these boards before, but i feel the need to do so! These guys rock. I called a few appliance repairs prior to Superior Appliance Repair. Not one of them could help me, even though i had an emergency. My washer broke in my upstairs laundry room, so i started using my downstairs laundry room washer.... and that broke too! I am leaving for out of town and needed them fixed fast.... they came out the next dat! Thank you and i highly recommend them to anyone! Mathew.

A company like this, truly does deserve the high ratings that are shown here. Abraham and Yiddy know their business and their customers. A repair on my dryer that I thought would just be for the bearings turned out to be a few more things that these guys called out before even starting. You can tell that they stand behind their business and have won a loyal customer for life. The price was fair and the service was beyond expectations. Thank you guys again!

When I came home, I found out that my refrigerator was leaking all over the floor. That is when I opened up the freezer door and saw that everything had thawed out. I then knew that my refrigerator was completely dead. At 3pm I called these guys out, John was my technician. The guy who answered the phone was a super nice guy! He explained upfront the possibilities, good with the bad, and was able to come out the very next morning. Within an hour of him being there, I had my refrigerator back up and running. I had him check out my Dryer and asked him a bunch of questions. He just seemed to have an answer for everything. Fully recommend John as the technician of choice. I will be calling them again, no question.

Our Sub-Zero freezer started making excessive noise over the last few years (erratic defroster fan motor). I finally looked for a repair company, and based in part on reviews, I decided to try Superior Appliance Repair,. I was not disappointed. Professional, prompt, courteous, and a very reasonable cost. When the technician came out for the initial service call, OF COURSE the freezer performed flawlessly and had only factory new noise levels. The tech waited patiently for 45 minutes and despite no excessive noise, believed what I told him, narrowed the problem down to the only issue it could be, and gave me several options with no pressure. (I decided to replace the fan motor--and the issue seems to be resolved.)



When the next appliance breaks, I'll give Superior Appliance Repair, a call. I don't write many reviews, but based on my experience with them I thought they deserved a recommendation.

I was searching online for a professional appliance repair in Brooklyn, NY - I saw the company Mr. Superior, I was hesitating especially with my expensive kitchen appliances, I called them and they sounded professional and like they know their stuff - I could tell you that much, I don’t regret calling them, great job (I really liked the service guy)....

My Maytag dryer of just 16 months stopped working. Of course, I did not buy the extended warranty. I am skeptical of repair companies and after calling several companies and being quoted diagnostic fees and other fees quoted w/o seeing the appliance and their restrictions , I tried to repair the dryer myself. I called this company and he gave me some hints on what to look for and he came the very next day. It was a simple fix and it did not cost me the price of a new dryer. Dave was prompt, courteous, and HONEST...I will follow him where ever he goes because it is really hard to find an honest and competent repair person with courtesy to spare. He is the BEST..Thanks Dave !!!!

I called them for a broken oven , in the middle of Passover, and it also happened to be Easter Sunday,and about an hour later one of the guys showed up, ready with a spare part, my oven back in working order within 15 minutes. Very reasonably priced and best of all, SPEEDY!

SUPERIOR APPLIANCE REPAIR was great. when i called, he gave me some ideas on how i might be able to fix my problem myself if i wanted. of course, i thought i'd give it a try and when it didn't work and i called him back, he came over that day. he was very nice, totally professional, quick, and at a reasonable price. i will definitely be calling him again
