I give full credit to the technician from Superior Appliance that fixed my whirlpool washing machine that was not starting, he called me before he came, was very helpful fixed the machine, and cleaned up after the mess the work made,

Turn around time was quick. I made the call around 4:40 p.m. one day, and the next day my washer was repaired by 11:00. The technicians were freindly and knowledgable. They did a good job at educating me and keeping me informed. Superior Appliance was by far the most affordable repair service I could find. I would recommend Superior Appliance to anyone, and WILL!

The repair service for my washing machine was handled very well and everything was done asap. The technician that did the repair had excellant knowledge about the product and knew immediately what the problem was. The work was done and explained so that I could understand the problem and was I was also given information about how to take care of minor problems that may occur and how to prevent them. We were very pleased in our dealing's with Superior Appliance Repair and will keep them at the top of our list should we have the need to call for a repair on any of our other appliance's. I have a gas oven and the burner inside the oven quit working. Called Superior Appliance Repair. I thought it was going to be something serious and was hoping it would not be really expensive. The tech came over and found out it was just a block in the oven, probably just a piece of food or something. He charged mejust for the service call. Price was a relief

I called Superior Appliance, and within a day they were at our house fixing the refrigerator. The house call was $102 and they had to do some repairs in addition to that cost. David was very knowledgeable and I felt confident he would do a great job. The problems have not persisted and it is doing better. He gave suggestions and asked for our help to limit cost. They were both very friendly and accommodating. I will be calling them with any future issues.

As a new homeowner, I wasn't sure who to call about my leaky fridge. When I called Superior Appliance the base price for a technician to come out was less than any company I called  The tech came on time, was super friendly, and knew what the problem was right away.  He ordered the part and fixed it a few days later. Like my wife said, clean, professional, courteous.  I recommend them, and I plan to call them again next time we have a need.

The two service people, Alex and Yiddy were sensational. Very professional, informative and helpful. They knew the appliance they got right to work and explained every thing that was wrong. Alex and Yiddy gave good advice on how to keep my dryer in better operating condition. I cannot say enough nice things about these two gentlemen. I hope they are appreciated as employees of Superior Appliance because they excel at their jobs.

The repairman showed up promptly, was very professional, and worked quickly. The cost was what we expected, but the service was outstanding. Even with their having to order parts, the repair to our washing machine was completed within one week. He pointed out that the most common reason for computer boards and motors to burn out is users overloading their machines. Very important information! Their quick service is much appreciated.

This is a great company. Made an appointment and Alex was at my door the next morning. In about twenty minutes he fixed the problem and was out the door. In the future I will definitely being using Superior Appliance Repair for all my appliance repairs.

When looking for a good appliance repair the things looking for is Fast, Dependable, Fair, Honest, Superior Appliance Repair can be described by all of these. I was having issues with my refrigerator and David showed up on time, quickly found the issue, and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. Pricing was reasonable for the work performed and I would call them the next time I needed an appliance repaired.

I had a problem with my dishwasher, so I called Superior Appliance Repair, because I see my whole neighborhood (Williamsburg, Brooklyn) uses them, I see them all the time here, they fixed it for me for a very cheap price, according to others.

My Viking Oven stopped working, so I called Superior Appliance Repair, and they fixed for a decent price, but it was worth it for the amount the oven costs, very good service excellent job
