kes each fell special without showing Favoritism. On the contrary, he is tougher on the better students only because he cares and drives them to their fullest potential. Yet they realize his commitment and concern for them. This is shown by the students loyalty and belief in the school and all it's sensei's. They have given my child focus, Self respect, and an awareness of great their potential is. For me this is the only school I not only recommend, but whole heartedly encourage new members.It is the best thing to help develop character and a sense of self worth for old and new members alike, -- Steven LaRosa -- Proud supporter of my children...

My younger son has been attending Shotokan Karate Center for 3 years. He loves taking all his classes from Sensei James. His weapons class and gear class are his favorites. My older son who is now 10 years old has been receiving physical therapy since he is 6 months. He started with Sensei James and his balance and coordination has improved tremendously. Now his physical therapist has closed his case. I can't tell you how happy we all are. Patricia

My son, niece and nephew have been instructed by Sensei James for several years now and my sister and I are completely impressed by the consistent attention he pays to the needs of our children, the warm yet strict manner through which he instructs his classes and superior level of expertise. This coupled with the professionalism, kindness and genuine care that Sensei Jaimie adds to the Shotokan family makes this dojo a cut above the rest.

My name is Renee Jacobs and I have been with Shotokan Karate Center for 2 yrs now and I enjoy every class I take! James is an awesome teacher and is very personable and helpful. It is a pleasure to take classes that are both fun and always different. He teaches,explains and provides the motivation that we all need. It is very different from traditional gyms. I get the whole package at SKC, amazing people like Jaimie, motivation, a warm, comfortable and happy environment and an amazing workout. I was able to see results almost immediately and I will always be grateful to them, they truly had an impact on my life. Thank you, Jaimie and James

My husband and I are so impressed with Sensei James and Sensei Jamie that we commute 20 minutes each way, 4 times a week in order for our children to attend classes. We enrolled our kids (after checking out other schools) immediately after speaking with each of the Senseis. They are wonderfully committed to their kids and it's obvious when we watch the classes. They embody all of the values we hope to instill in our kids; respect, hard work, honor and accountability. The relationship they have with the children is nothing short of amazing. As a result of their guidance and teaching (outside of the dojo as well) I'm watching my son and daughter grow into respectful, strong and capable young people. They're even focusing better in school! Well worth the commute !!

I was greeted by Sensei Jaimie and James. They answered all my questions before I asked. I enrolled my children immediately and am beyond happy about the instruction they are receiving. Thank you so much Sensei Jaimie and James
