I am a resident of Breezy Point and in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy I was very lucky. The fire that devastated my community ended one door away from my home and the water stayed in my basement. That being said, the siding on my home was melted, the bay window in the front of my home was severely cracked, my roof needed to be replaced and my home was filled with smoke and ash. Upon assessing the damage I got lucky again when I was introduced to James Guercio of Rubin & Rosen Adjusters. James immediately negotiated for triple of what the insurance company offered to sanitize and clean my home. He always made himself available and he negotiated a fair and equitable settlement for the rest of the damage to my home. I was extremely happy with the results as many of my neighbors are still fighting for fair settlements almost two years later. My family and I were devastated after we had a fire. We didn?t have any idea on how to proceed with the claim or what to do. A friend recommended this company and got started. James Guercio came to our home and was very professional and had a wealth of knowledge. He explained the entire proceed and took care of everything. There was no surprises or any issues.
