They did an excellent job on my yorkie for 4 years . I just can't believe they just packed up and left and did not even tell their dedicated customers. I actually cried when I found out they was closed.. I had been trying to make an apt for Christmas because she had her cut for thanksgiving but I was unable to reach them so I asked my husband to check to see what was going on and he told me they was closed... They was the best in my book miss them so much...

Posh Pets is by far the best grooming business in Brooklyn, if not all of NYC. I have tried other shops in the area but none have groomed my dog as good as Posh Pets. My dog always leaves Posh Pets smelling great and styled to perfection. Lenny, the groomer, is very knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend this place highly!

Ismael one of the workers there did a wonderful job bathing and grooming my lab has to be one of the best in brooklyn very happy.

Horrible I drop my dog off for grooming and went to work come back to see my dog was cut bad under his stomch and glued to cover up the owner lenny just told me to put neosporin on it can u belive that dont take your dog there.

I highly recommend these folks. I have a Lab (older with shedding, big time, issue) and a standard poodle, show dog. They are both cared for and groomed to perfection. The poodle comes out looking like a champion (which he is), and the Lab doesn't shed for over a month (Posh Pets has succeeded where others have not on that shedding issue). The folks are kind and the dogs are happy when I get them back.

Best grooming business in Brooklyn. The staff is very courteous and the quality of care and attention given to my dog is superior to any other grooming shop I have visited. I highly recommend Posh Pets.

I couldn't find a friend to sit for my dog when I went on vacation and I put him up at Posh Pets. I was very satisfied--they took him out for walks and fed him the food I requested. Their prices are the same as any other boarding outside of Manhattan. While it is small, I find this to be a plus rather than a minus, since they can give more personal care to each animal. The individual kennels are new and clean. I would board my dog there any time.

After four hours, my dog had only gotten a bath. I had to take her out because they told me she wouldn't be done till 4pm, 5 1/2 hours after I dropped her off. I was charged the full amount and told I should have asked how long it was going to be, and I should have let them know I had to be some where. It was made clear that morning I was a new customer, so I had no clue how long the process was going to take. When I called a 1pm and asked how much longer she was going to be they told me they could not make a time estimate. The staff was completely unapologetic and unprofessional.
