I placed an order with ideal on September 25, only to find out they did not order my item until the 29th at least that is what they said. I dont even believe that th e order has been placed with dickies company. It is now October 13th and of course, they don't have the item. I'ved called several times and I can't get a straight answer. There isn't ever any managers to help and no one can tell me where my order is. This store is (Horrible) They never have what you need, they are overpriced, the staff is Not friendly. This is my son's last year of high school and I will be done with company. (FINALLY) BUYER BEWARE!! DO NO SHOP HERE!!!! EVER!!!!

Rarely do I receive service like this with 5 kids and a toddler that like to make noise. The sales women took me around the store and helped me pick out each item in a timely manner. Fairly priced definitely would shop here again.

They had my uniform on backorder for over a month Horrible nightmare worst uniform store online ever half of the items were not in the box and they kept my money and refused to send the missing items my school has since changed uniform vendors

This place is the worst the workers are rude and even the boss is. They have a habit of over charging people and when you ask them about your bill they lie and tell you it is your fault and they cannot refund your money. They are theives becareful, i would suggest going to cookies instead
