I have had herb's appliance time and time again for my washer. I have a contract with Frigidaire and they sent me another company who screwed up my washer! I told Frigidaire Herbs techs just are better service! I Recommend them over any other in Brooklyn. Its also helpful when their is someone who answers the phone in the office and are helpful. Some places do not pick up the phone or speak English ! Thanks again Her'bs!

Two guys came over looked at my fridge and said nothing could be done. They didn't want to order the part to fix it until I kept asking them why. I keep calling them about the part for the past 2 weeks going on 3 weeks and a lady who answers the phone is not very customer friendly, keeps coming up with excuses and say she will find out but could never give me a straight answer or find out from the manager "Herb". I hope to get my fridge fixed soon or get an answer soon. If not I'll have to report this matter to Better Business Bureau.
