They were referred to me by service magic. Installed a microwave which was tilted. Came back when I pointed it out the next day and blatantly asked for $50 more for correcting the "titlt" which one would imagine is their doing in the first place.

These guys are absolute thieves and you have no recourse but talk to your credit card company if you were lucky enough not to give them a cheque or cash. I am the person who does tons of research and I am telling you in all honesty, you should go with either Sears repair service or anything else you can get your hands on for getting your appliance installed as these guys will definitely give you the run around and try to mild you for every last cent.

They came quickly to check our washing machine.....for $98. They didn't really know how to fix our machine, even though they deal with this brand. They then charged up us money up front for parts. When we realized afterwards that they were majorly upcharging for inexpensive parts and were charging a large amount for repair (though is seemed unlikely they could fix it with the parts they ordered) we canceled the next day, but they said it was too late. They still haven't refunded us our money and are giving us a run around....grrr. On top of it....my husband tinkered with the machine this weekend - and got it working!!
