THEY WILL ROB YOU If you buy any of they products .to repair a pc they ask 99$ just for a diagnosis only . they had me buy a dell laptop for over 500 $ when the model actually cost no more than 270$. Be carefull they have super high taxes and charge along the entire way to repair going from diagnosis, parts replacements , parts installations , and a final high taxes to top it off .

They fix what's wrong, is it cheap -no- but it's never cheap to fix your computer, so you pay a few dollars more, but the computer gets fixed, and that's why you brought it here in the first place.

good professionals and good customer service. i would totally recommend. before i was charged sales rep actually recommended what to do and how to process the service so it was very much helpful and i saved some money :) so thank you guys.

OMG We brought 2 computers into this store. They overcharged us over double the amount for what the parts actually cost. We called Alienware after questioning what they charged us. They said a diagnostic would take 1 week!!! I went to the dell website and just did a diagnostic myself. Today we are going to try to get these 2 laptops back along with our money. Im guessing its a lost cause but im not going to go down with a fight. This store robs you blind!!! IM SO UPSET!!! Never use this store unless you want to throw money away!

cesspool ! this place is full of dung !

asked 80$ + tax for diagnostics alone , then comes the worst part, they will tell you that the most expensive part of your laptop ( mother board/ main board) is broken, they'll ask 190$+ tax for the replacement part alone then another 70$+ tax for the installation, total

340$ + tax , thats a price of a regular laptop!

for all i know my laptop just needs a reboot.

Their prices are way to high charging as much as $40 to $50 dollars and more for computer parts and accessories, I bought a pc 120mm cooling fan at J&R music world for $10 bucks and this place was asking $49.99 for the same one I couldn't believe it.

they also have an E-BAY account by the name of SLAMDUNK, that the owner refuses to admit, charging way to much for shipping and other so called hidden charges, read the the bottom fineprint.



you'll really have to go here to see the outrageous prices to laugh self off, $229.99 for a pentium 3 processor from 2002, 512mb video cards for $119.99 which you can find in bestbuy for $40 bucks, these people are nuts!!!



this mom and pop place is pure highway robbery the only smart thing about shopping here is not shopping this low budget store, go to bestbuy, J&R, Newegg, or datavision in NYC.
