I went to this salon almost two years ago and yes I can honestly say the workers who work there don't seem to friendly.the wait time is understanding because there can be people ahead of you. But I do love the hair styles they do

This Salon is the worst they are very unprofessional they do not care that the client is sitting there for hours they are very unfriendly They really only deal with the people they know. The workers are very rude because the owner is rude the professionalism should come from the owner first so that she should demand the same from her workers.

This was the worst experience I have ever had I saw the add online and decided to give them a call. It was my daughters sixth birthday and I was taking her to Disney world she was excited we arrived at 1am and until 5:45 only to hear the stylist tell me to go home and she's going to call me when she's ready, this was the worst experience ever if she had told me earlier I would have went somewhere else. The staff started to gossip and talk about my wait time. There was no professionalism. For someone to run a business for kids and have no sense of compassion for kids there license should be suspended. I wanted to go off however because there was kids in the shop I decided to let it go. Would I recommend anyone to take there kids there? Absolutely not. They advise patents to leave there kids and come back one parent left her child and they did not even notice the child was running on the sidewalk. Something could have happened to that poor little girl. My daughter began to get Fraustrated I had plan to take my daughter shopping for her birthday and because of the long unessary wait we didn't get to do anything. I will be reporting child's play salon to the better business burea.

Very unprofessional wait time to get my daughters hair done is horrible waited 4 hours and had no choice but to leave . the staff is very rude and the owner she is very unprofessional STAY AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I will never go back nor would I recommend this place to anyone! My daughter has never been to a hair salon. I wanted her first experience at the salon to be a positive one. So naturally I decided to go to a solon that was just for kids hoping that they would be able to make her comfortable. My daughter was crying as her hair was being washed. Another stylist came over next to her and shouted shut-up ! I couldn't believe it, even the stylist washing my daughter's looked up. I continued to comfort my daughter but didn't say anything. Things went form bad to worse. My daughter had a hard time with the blow drying and said that 'it hurt and was burning'. Naturally I continued to comfort my daughter but the stylist looked annoyed and there was no real attempt on her part or of the owner to help. I suggested using a detangling spray but was told 'we don't have that here but you can go out and but it if you want.". The style came out ok but the process from start to finish was MISERABLE !!!

it's alright.i like their styles of braiding.it is a very nice place.
