This Lawyer does not keep you up to date with your case. If you call him he never answers his phone. If you leave a message he may or may not text you back. It took us a year to evict a tenant who was not paying. Petitto didn't file the paperwork for months after we paid him. When he finally did, he made mistakes and the eviction was rejected by the courts. This happened twice, which delayed the eviction for months each time. He forgot simple things like the dates and the house registration number. The worst part is that he didn't inform of us of this. We found out by calling the marshal who ended up keeping us informed because we could never get ahold of Petitto. When we confronted him about the mistakes he made he was extremely rude. This man is unreliable and will waste your time and money.
