Cacao Prieto is a full beans to bar chocolate factory, using cacao sourced from the Dominican Rebublic to make delicious dark chocolate. In partner with our sister company located in the same building we also produce a almost sinful cacao rum. The building we call home is also a beautiful place to stop in for some shade as you walk around the urban seaside town of Redhook.
