You must be kidding. Not only do they have good staff, but certain things they'll even order. I needed a certain size fiberglass and they ordered it for me. Their people are great.

Worst hardware store in Brooklyn with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never have what I need and don't really care about trying to get it. Upon selling me the wrong item, I returned to swap it out which I could not do due to no inventory. There was no apology, no care, no nothing! They don't seem to know what they are all talking about that's if you can even find someone that speaks english in the store. I will NEVER go back again and hope that everyone in the surrounding neighborhoods follow. From the other reviews it sounds like there is only one way for Bruno's and that is down and out.
