Appliances Connection is a lifesaver! Our refridge started leaking on a Fri evening. Contacted all the "big box" stores, and not one would deliver for at least two weeks due to covid backlog. These guys had a new refridge in our apt Mon morning! They removed the old one and were less expensive (and more understanding!) than anyone we contacted. Their shipping company was great too. Would highly recommend and use again.

HORRIBLE customer service! Very RUDE and IMPOLITE and they just don't stop during the conversations. This business is not worth my money or savings. They are rude in everything they do and say. I was ready to purchase and the rep was just mean and disrespectful. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he said, " he is not here!", I asked again to talk to his supervisor and he then says "ok, you want to speak to him, I'll get him for you, I'll get him for you, I'll get him for you" I think he repeated this words likes 10 times.

Future customers, think before purchasing from them. I can only imagine if you have issues with a purchase or order, they will be just as rude and disrespectful and would not fix the issue. So instead of saving some pennies, go with a different company and save yourself some stress and money in the long run.

I've had such great success using Appliances Connection over the past few months that it has compelled me to write a review of praise. I did some research before I went on my appliance buying spree and Appliances Connection seemed to be the best fit for me. Very competitive pricing and organized over the phone. Ever since I ordered my Microwave Oven from them, have been ordering kitchen appliance after kitchen appliance ever since.

Very quick delivery compared to other appliance companies I have dealt with. Appliances Connection was well coordinated and very attentive throughout the process until it reached my address in one piece. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company for your appliances needs. The prices are extremely competitive.

at the beginning i was afraid because of negative comments / feed back on yelp, but my items were received on time and in perfect condition, washer had some issue and it was replaced in timely manner... Please don't be fulled by negative comments, i do understand that sometimes some items get damaged during shipping, but high professionalism of customer service and timely responses compensates it all. Thank you guys, well done... 100% recommended to all my friends and family.

ZERO STARS There is NO WAY the positive reviews here are legitimate. Take a look at their BBB complaints for a more accurate account: 374 complaints and counting. I was literally yelled at on the phone "Whada ya want me ta do?" "Whada ya want me ta do?" "Whada ya want me ta do?" when THEIR company couldn't get the delivery to me on the promised date. Given at least three different dates and time.

I ordered the Speed Queen washer and dryer. I love them both. Customer Service was courteous to me both times I contacted them. However, 3 days after I ordered, I was notified that the washer was discontinued. Both appliances were on back order so I had to wait for my shipment. It was well worth the wait.

Great deal on a great refrigerator. The order process over the phone was easier and more satisfactory than I could have ever expected. The representative was extremely knowledgeable about the products and was able to work with me get what I needed out of the process. The shipping was smooth as well and the company used for delivery was fantastic. The delivery guys went above and beyond to get the refrigerator into our house. Overall a 5 star experience.

AppliancesConnection had the best price on the microwave I was looking for, by quite a bit. When my microwave arrived, it wouldn't work; but AppliancesConnection helped by setting up a tech from the manufacturer to come to my house. (They arrived promptly and fixed it, and we are satisfied with our new microwave.)

AppliancesConnection.com had exactly what I was looking for at the best price I could find. Got my washer in just over a week, which is real good for a large appliance. The machine was packaged in a manner that kept it from receiving any damage and has worked perfectly from the first wash. I'll definitely look to AppliancesConnection for my next appliance purchase

I am a general contractor. My customer wanted high end appliances and the stores in Phoenix did not offer the array and pricing I found with AC. My customer has expressed time and again how pleased he is with the new range, refrigerator and dishwasher received from AC.

I am very impressed. I admit, I was skeptical but the customer service was genuine and very customer-focused. I ordered a Samsung LED 55" TV on a Monday afternoon. The PDF receipt was sent to my email address the next day. I had a "now shipped" email and tracking number on Thursday. The local delivery firm called on Monday AM. I coordinated a convenient delivery time of 5 pm that same day. I helped the driver unload it from the cargo van and we set it inside my living room. Everything went perfect! Great price and a flawless one week turnaround. BTW - awesome TV!

Purchased a wood burning insert from AppliancesConnection. Order confirmation, shipping and delivery done in a timely manner. Due to circumstances beyond their control there was a problem with the White Glove delivery. My initial phone call to customer service was not satisfactory but then I connected with Ray via the email customer service. Ray apologized for the phone call service and then promptly took care of the problem to our satisfaction.

I found exactly what I was looking for at the best price working on the website. I had a problem there trying to ask for a particular day for delivery and called their listed support number. That call completed the purchase and delivery details in a very pleasant and efficient manner. Later when the new product was delivered, but missing a part (probably dropped out by the manufacturer) I was very happy with their customer service (Louisa) response in obtaining the part.

Whether it be a washer/dryer (which I bought)or anything else in the way of appliances you can count on this company for a class "A" rating in any category. Their delivery people protect your purchase as if it were their own. Awesome company! I will definetly use them again
