Have just spent 30 minutes trying to call Alpha to get car service. Only got message telling me how to download their app. Finally gave up and called another car service that came right away. Alpha sucks!

Called today for a car. It came; the car had tape holding it together, such an embarrassment. The car was disgusting and the woman looked like she literally rolled out of bed and fell in the car. In the car was extremely dirty, I was scared to touch anything or let anything touch me. I felt at risk for infection...Never again

Asked for a cab to come in 15 minutes. It came in 5. It left before I even made it out the door. Then, when I called and asked for another cab to be sent, the dispatcher said it would cost double the price. What? Never again.
