I sent many kits, memory stick full of photos for reference and a lot of details to make a diorama for me. I saved all this stuff over the years and lost the skills to make this diorama of the flightline I used to work on. It's at the 3 year mark and there are no answers to emails, phone calls and now even the site has gone dead. Do not get involved here...Photo was sent to me, but no model.

Todd is right. Do NOT do business with A&L Precision Scale Models! Arthur Weiner, the business owner, is fraudulent. I contracted for a task force of model ships in 1/700th scale that was due on Sept 27th of this year. The model was commissioned in 2015. I have sent this man (Arthur Weiner) two checks equal to about 1,100.00 and that was a HUGE mistake. It was a leap of faith on my part that has been forfeited. I have received nothing except false promises and lies. I told him that I want my money back, and he has refused. It is theft to take money and NOT GIVE SOMEONE the product they paid for. I am seeking legal action, and I would like to see him lose his business license because this is a crime.

Do not do business with this company if you value your time and or money! A&L Precision Scale Models took over 9 months to complete a simple 100 hour model. They shipped the item poorly and it was received damaged. It took over three months for them to repair the item and it was received damaged again. Oddly enough the damage was the same and or worse from the first delivery. Neither time was the box and or packaging damaged. In addition to a model valued at over $800 was insured for only $50.00. We have since exchanged countless emails and phone calls to the owner Arthur, asking for a refund. At which point we are still waiting to receive the refund and maybe forced to seek legal assistance. The whole process has taken over a year to date. Would rate the company 0 stars if we could!
