Aging building is in a terrible condition. Nothing ever gets fixed. Dozens of complaints with the NYCHPD don't seem to work. Management is rude and unresponsive. Heat and hot water are barely supplied. Because no adequate repairs have been done following the hurricane damage, building had a short circuit fire leaving everyone with no power, heat, hot water, and gas throughout Christmas.
