I have been going to Ms. Regina for 5 years now, she is fast, Accurate, polite, explains everything to you if you need anything she will make sure you understand everything I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Cheryl, daughter of Regina who is the owner, is the worst tax preparer out there. My husband and I went thinking it would be a fairly quick process... the first 20 minutes consisted of her complaining about their mouse problem, then their plumbing problems, then her health problems, and how hungry she was. Meanwhile she kept calling, multiple times, to order food and started swearing when the person would not pick up so she could order - all while she was punching in our tax info. When she was done she started to print out a receipt and my husband had to ask, 'Well, what is it looking like?' and then she began to tell us. I had a couple questions regarding our info and she did not like the fact I was asking her stuff. She kept slamming her hands down, talking very rudely and when I said to her, 'Ok, it was just a question, you don't need to get upset about it', she kicked us out of her office. She said 'I'm on this side of the desk and you are on that side', as if to say I have no right to ask any questions whats so-ever. She said we can wait for her mother, Regina, to do our taxes and I said 'We will not be coming back' and she yelled 'Fine, we don't need your business anyways'. I would never recommend this business or this treatment to anyone. Regina's office does the least amount of work they have to do and charge a lot for it. They are not friendly and don't want to answer questions you may have regarding your taxes. I also have to say they have no secretary so while she is doing your taxes, she has to keep answering the phones, which can be a lot during tax season. And they are smokers, the entire place wreaks of cigarette smoke and you will come out of their smelling like it all over your clothes.
