Some employees need better CS skills. The woman who worked sunday evening lost a sale. I was ready to spend $ 200. I loved the new display that was up. While I was checking out the new selection that was on display. The employee that was working assume that i brought batteries in and was placing them into the toys. She was on the phone with someone else and in front of other people that was in the store. Said " is a customer supposed to bring batteries in and test out the products". With the new display batteries are already in the items that was displayed. She came over and once she realized that they already had batteries in it she begin removing them right away and said only we are allowed to put batteries in them. I was about to make a purchase but then I decided I will go someplace else where the customer service is better. The attitude was not worth me staying there spending my money at that location.
