Last year (2021), I had Rennie redo my deck. He connected it with stairs to a new lower deck. He was careful piecing the floors together and setting the railings. The final additions were lattice and solar lights on top of the posts. It looks beautiful, and everyone loves it. Rennie clearly takes pride in his work. After the cedar boards weather, I will be busy staining them.

Was recommended by a friend. Needed to replace two exterior doors, deck stairs, and install hand rail & side rail. Rennie took the time to explain our various options and made sure the job was done right. He's great at finding the perfect solution to any unexpected little issue that might pop up. Will definitely use R.S. Builders again in the future.

Rennie put a new roof on our house about three years ago and it is just beautiful. He did not leave a mess for us to clean up as others have done. He is a true craftsman at his trade! We are truly pleased with his work!

Rennie is both a consummate, meticulous craftsman and an obsessive neat freak. That's a winning combination especially if you're trying to live where the work is being done. He's done two total bathroom re-dos for me. One at a rental property and the other at my home, and both exceeded our expectations.

I had this builder replace the decks on my house. He did a fabulous job. He took a lot of pride in his work and was very dependable. My decks are gorgeous and will be enjoyed for years. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and plan on having him do more home renovations for me.

Designed and built an addition on my home (4-season room). I was extremely pleased with the quality of his work. He takes the time to do the job right the first time. He is very detailed oriented and takes pride in his work. He also did some tile work for me. I highly recommend R & S Builders.
