Founded in Brookline in 1974 by Ely Kaplansky, the agency has grown to include branches in Fairhaven, Marlboro, Maynard, Cambridge, Milford, Newton, Truro and Weymouth.

This company is very unprofessional and do not properly train their agents on insurance practices. They will toss you under the bus and make you look like an idiot for mistakes they have made! I tried to establish business insurance with them and the agent I dealth with was very rude to me and did not follow through. The agents seemed like they did not know how to write commercial insurance for any business and caused me to lose a lot of time and money. Please do your homework elsewhere before considering Kaplansky.
