Very unhappy at my experiences with Cassey's Optical to be scheduled for Brookhaven office to be placed in Springfield without my knowledge or permission. I scheduled my appointment and called to confirm to find out they had no record. I am very dissatisfied. It is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I needed eye glasses and decided to get contacts. The experience was a nightmare in my opinion. Besides the problems I had with my contact lenses and going from one store to the bothering had an awful experience with these people. The staff on general were not very nice and courtesy is out the window. They charge you for everything they do. The attitudes of the staff is felt as soon as you walk in the door. My problem with this company is not settled yet and if were you, if you are headed over to this place for help...you better drive right by and go somewhere else.
