What happened to customer service? I agree with the other review save your money and go somewhere else. We were told they did not want our business and to leave. We asked for them to wait 10 minutes for us and the woman in the office hung up on us. Evidently she told the men working there my husband was rude to her. When we arrived there were men on the outside (even though they were closed) the man said to get off his property that it was private property and go on up the road. We had driven over an hour to get there. We had never been treated like that before . Don't waste your time or money going there!

After getting some warranty work done I went to pick up my bike. When I showed up they were riding it across the parking lot on two wheels. Something we NEVER do to our bike. It's a farm/hunting bike. The mechanic supervisor didn't think it was a big deal... Will NOT be back.

Charged me double on what was told to me. Visual inspection estimate only never touched the bike. Apparent the office girls time to meet with insurance adjuster is worth $80/hr. Will never go back. Will be going to Got Gear from now on. Save your money!
