They are thieves, do not buy anything from this company, especially the Lifetime Warranty for new vehicles!

STAY AWAY!!! RUN from this company. They have refused both my claims even though I had all receipts as they requested.



They look for the tiniest excuse to deny you and you have NO recourse except the write the mother company. They only give you a mailing address.



The first claim was based on what constitutes a "authorized" pre-approval. All else was fine. Just that I (the dealer) did not get official pre-approval before any service was performed. The dealer found a fauly part which should have been clearly covered, while doing scheduled maintenance. Failed. Claim Denied! "You didn't get approval before you did any work." How could I? It was found during a scheduled maintenance!!!!!



For the second, we are doing no work yet, just trying to get pre-approval, but they are even denying any claim in advance because I did my own oil change and sent them the receipt. Case denied!, and all future claims denied.



They claim that all work and maintenance must be performed at a dealer or you are denied. But the contract nowhere states this, or that I am/was not allowed to do any work on my car, including changing an oil or air filter, or probably even wiper blades or topping off the windshield washer fluid



Now, they suggest that Ihe car must sit in the dealers lot (possibly for months and months - as long as it takes for Wascor to determine if or when they will make a decision). If I do any work of repair, the claim will be denied due to lack of pre-authorization.



There is no one I can speak with at Wascor. I must do this in writing and wait, possibly months. REALLY????????????? IMO, they will do everything in their power to deny all claims until they prove otherwise to me.
