My girlfriend went in there to get a check up on her car, and she was making small talk when one of the mechanics came up, placed his my girlfriend went in there to get a check up on her car, and she was making small talk when one of the mechanics came up, placed hand on her shoulder and tried to whisper in her ear.

Stay away from these guys.

Someone that works there or in corporate must have written the previous review in attempt to make NTB seem reputable.





The experience there was a NIGHTMARE! It was the worst experience in my life at a Mechanic!!! My brake job was 6 hours. The front desk girl ,the black girl upfront named NIKKI tried to overcharge me for parts till I made her check around for cheaper parts!! Still was overpriced!!! She simply double the cost of labor.





THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!



The kicker was the had an incoherant incompetent Mechanic working on my Car name DON HILL. He was not even able to speak. IF THIS GUY WORKS ON YOUR CAR its because the other mechanics dont want to!!

All that waiting and my Brakes still were squeaking!! I will be filing an offical complaint with corporate about their service!!
