I have to admit I have no problem with my dog coming to see the vet for a check up. Although their boarding I must say isn't the place you want your dog to be there while you're gone on vacation. I have a small pomeranian and I left him there for 4 days and basically I would call everyday to check up on him to see how he was doing. Every time I called they were very rude and annoyed. My personal opinion is I have the right to call and check up on my puppy while I'm gone. I was very excited to see him after i just got back from my trip. When I picked him up and take him home with me I notice his hair is matted. I'm not talking about just a small matted area or something they can just brush it through. I called their office and they ask me if I wanted to bring him back so they can brush his hair for free without a charge after I paid extra for him having a grooming service there. Then they told me they don't have a lot of experiences with grooming? Then why do they have it if they're not experiences with grooming pets? That's basically false advertisement.They should've told me ahead of time before this happen. I went to many different places and vet and groomers they even said my puppy hair is so matted that you can even brush it off, and its matted so tight that it's pulling my puppy skin and burned his back. Its matted all over his back. I was told they use a cage dryer for my puppy and then left being unattended. Ridiculous!!!! Of course they don't have experience in dog grooming they don't know not to put my puppy in drying cages. For how small he is, the drying cages could lead to serious injury for his skin and can even lead to DEATH!!!! I wouldn't take my puppy back over there again. As I came and pick all his paper work, because he isn't going to be attending or visiting there at all anymore, some of the employees there agreed with me that what had happen was very wrong.

My dog is a rescue and very skiddish around new people. From the minute we made an appointment, the vets and staff at Lenox Pet Hospital were so welcoming and patient. They understood our dog's needs and were very understanding of her skiddishness.



The facility is clean and the vets are very knowledgeabl, but most of all kind. My husband and I are very pleased with them. I would highly recommend this place!!

Since the new owner have taken over, I have nothing but great things to say about Lenox Pet Hospital. Dr. Hernandez made me and my pet feel so comfortable and she and the vet techs are always so friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend taking your pet here if you want them to be well taken care of!
