Absolutely one of the most unprofessional remodelers out there. We had a small bathroom remodel that Mark Steven Pickerell did not follow his contract agreement. His tiler caused us over $1000 in damages. Left broken tile in drain in the shower that caused flooding. Tile was also not pitched correctly for drainage. The contractor only would come on site for payment installments. He did not return calls or texts. Refused to sign for certified letters asking him to meet to go over the problems. I have about a dozen more problems that I do not have the space here to explain.



Unless you enjoy nightmares, I would stay away from Woodland Remodeling of Brookfield Wi.
