This is TOTAL nonsense. I need to rent a tool, do you want my business. Your 877#'s, BOTH of them dont even connect me to the local location! All I end up with is your "general" mailbox... REALLY???!!! I need to rent a tool NOW!! As a business customer you are really wasting my time!
