CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

Had a car rental for 9 am Saturday. got a call 8:45 that am, telling me they wouldn't have a car - for a while - maybe 9:15 or 9:30.

First "car" available turned out not to be a car, so I had to wait til 10 am to get my rental.

When I returned the car - Monday - the agent asked me - how was our service? I told her - you didn't have my car til 1 hr post reserved time. She again asked - so other than that - how was our service - to which I asked - what else was there if you didn't have my car when promised - but had told me day before it would be there (at 9 am) when I confirmed reservation.

I was offered an upgrade for next rental - but given I had to take an upgrade to get a car 1 hr late - not sure what that might have been worth.

Net net - kinda typical for enterprise

Finally charged me $200 (!) more for two weeks than was estimated (in my on-line booking). Cheat me on some "additional insurance" stuff. Advice - never deal with them.
