Ordered items on Aug 18. Delivery scheduled for Aug 25. Remained at home waiting. Went on line in early after noon to. See that driver noted a stop was made at my address but that no one was home. I was home. No yellow slip was at my home. I got the info on line ...when was the delivery attempt actually made? I called UPS in effort to track package and get it as I needed the contents early the next day. Personnel on phone were courteous and helpful. The worker tracked the driver and I was able to pick the package up. In Brookfield. Why was no slip left? I was at home waiting. Was a delivery attempt actually made? IF so, why did drive fail to leave an attempt to deliver slip?. Very poor service. Asking vendor not to use UPS again.

Today I received a partial delivery from UPS Brookfield. This now makes three improper and completely messed up UPS deliveries. Two of the boxes were badly damaged and I expect the contents will also be damaged. The tracking number confirmed that 5 boxes were to be delivered. We received ONLY FOUR BOXES. Customer service has been useless. I've been holding for over ten minutes and the service rep is not at all helpful. In the future I will avoid UPS if at all possible. Their service is unreliable.

I am disenchanted with UPS business delivery. We were waiting for a delivery yesterday, our business was OPEN yesterday, there were many UPS trucks on the road yesterday. Why UPS took it upon themselves to decide we weren't open is ridiculous! Calling their customer center, no one there could give me a window of time for delivery. The smart thing to do would've been to have sent a truck out & delivered when delivery was promised.

It is insane that you cannot contact the local service center directly. I heard the doorbell this morning but was just getting out of the shower. Got dressed quickly and went to the door to find a delivery sticker. Normally, our UPS deliveryman always leaves our packages. Today's delivery contains medication that has to be refrigerated. Very frustrating that there is no faster way to communicate than calling a national call center and wait for people to e-mail messages, read messages, send more e-mailed messages, etc.

Horrible customer service. Can't follow simple directions. No direct phone number. Have to call 800 number and wait for them to call you back when they feel like it. Huge pain in my neck since I moved into a new office last year. Leave note to driver to leave package and he sends it back to shipper when they are supposed to hold package for 5 days at depot. I'm losing money due to there inept services.
