Please send an "Undercover Boss" or someone in Upper Management to this place posing as a customer and you will see the unprofessionalism first hand. Then fire the extremely rude female with the dreads.

I feel bad for all of us who are forced to continue to deal with this Post Office. I say forced because as far as I've seen they report to know one. They will continue to be rude and disrespectful. They will continue to daily put your mail in the wrong location. They will continue to misplace your packages. They will continue to make you waste a whole day for a package that is a confirmed delivery and not deliver. This work ethic begins at the top.

This is a horrible post office. Staff is incompetent, rude, lazy and extremely unprofessional. They never deliver packages, when you go to pick your package up it takes 2 hours because the "employees" have one window open with 7-8 people in the back joking around and wasting time. I was told my package that was 2 weeks overdue was sitting on the Amazon shelf. This place needs to be closed or revamped with people that have a work ethic and integrity. HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE!!! I have packages mailed to my job so I won't have to deal with the ignorant people that are there to get a check, not do their jobs.

This is the worst post office ever. No one can ever resolve an issue and always have attitude. My bills go out late because I receive them extremely late or don't receive them at all. Never the same carrier and they will not separate the mail to put them in the mail boxes as marked always stuffing into one box. Mail is sometimes received at 8:30 pm or sometimes not at all!

This is the worst Post Office I have EVER dealt with!! All of the workers are extremely rude! If you are lucky enough to get through the phone lines, they will just pick up and hang up on you1 It's the same service if you go in person. I formally reported one worker whom cursed at me to the USPS and nothing was ever done. No wonder the Post Office is going bankrupt!!!

Hate the customer service there..I called to ask for a particular package I was expecting the other day and some one answered whose english was not clear just rush me off and say everything is going out for delivery today..did not want to take the time to confirm the information I needed.

Is the longest lines you have ever seen and some of the workers are very rude to there customers. I was one treated rudely when I asked to us a pen for a quick second. She wanted to eat me alive when I asked her kindly. I work with people twenty years and I have never treated anyone not even on my bad days would I ever in my life treat anyone like that. Is okay karma comes back to you and she will get hers.
