I called at 9:05 Am about a vehicle. I was told that it was in stock at the price stated. They gave me a "VIP" number and appointment. I got there at 9:40 and there was no car! The old bait and switch routine! Once the dealer saw that I wasn't going to be fooled by that old trick he immediately gave his full attention to someone else! In my opinion everyone should stay clear of them!!!

Very happy experience with three of their employees. I dealt with Randy, Bob and Kimberly. I needed my trade in towed their and they picked up the bill. Got a good deal on the car I bought and left happy. Thank you Eastchester.

Made appointment last friday for today October 24th, 2014. Waited outside until they lifted the door for the cars to roll in at 7:32 AM. Finally I went with the service advisor. He stated your engine light is on and to diagnose that it will be an additional $165.00 if it's not covered under your extended warranty. I said no thanks I can go to Auto Zone and have it checked out for free and if it more then a minor thing then I can bring it back after I confirm with my extended contract. Then he stated let me get your information on your contract, address, phone number, etc. I stated I was on the phone with a young lady who had me give her all the information for the service appointment. He stated I needed that and I stated I don't have it with me as it is home and I am here. Long story short I just left. Not good customer service there. Second time I had to deal with something stupid at this place. I only decieded to take it to them because they are 5 minutes from my house. Never again. Took it to auto zone and computer light said gas cap. Replaced gas cap all is good now. 13 dollar gas cap compared to 165 diagnose fee. SMH

I love this truck and the drive is great, I will shop at eastchester Chrysler jeep for an SRT grand Cherokee truck . JFK very cool person thank you!
