Founded in 2002, CUNY Prep is a college preparatory high schol that offers out-of-school youths between the ages of 16 and 18 an opportunity for full-time study for the purposes of re-entering high school. It offers a General Equivalency Diploma for college admissions. The school provides classes in humanities, science, math, physical education and writing. CUNY Prep has partnerships with the City University of New York. It is staffed with teachers, administrators and counselors. CUNY Prep is located in the Bronx, N.Y.
