My ride is always on time to pick me up from work. He is pleasant and shortens the route if possible. Tells you how long it will take to arrive. Great guy

I use best deal all the time for the same route and the price keeps going higher and higher for no reason. I started out paying $13- $15 for this route. They then wen up to $16, just now the driver said $17. This is making me unhappy because nothings change its not a further drive there's no traffic, I don't make any extra stops. Why is the price steadily going up. I was told by one of there own drivers I'm supposed to pay $14 for this trip and the best deal estimator is ripping me off. So if this isn't fixed soon I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
