It isn't enough to say that my experience here was horrible. Concerned for my dog I brought him in because his eye was red and he was squinting. The vet walked in, examined his eye for less than 5 minutes, said nothing looked abnormal and that he must have an eye infection. I was sent home with an ointment that did not help. I sought out a veterinary eye specialist that told me that my dogs eye was squinting and red because he had lost his eyesight due to full retina detachment. She was shocked that the vet at the Animal Hospital of Morris Park wouldn't have noticed because although full detachment is rarely seen--a COMPETENT vet would have noticed the difference in the eyes and would have noticed that something was wrong. Therefore I do not recommend this establishment to anyone who truly cares about their animals, instead of simply saying they did not know what was going on, I was led to believe my dog had an infection, consequently my dog suffered because the recommended treatment did nothing to ease the pain he was in.

I went to the Williamsbridge location and Morris park by Jacobi hospital , I will never go there again, that place smells so bad that I had to keep from puking , they even had the entrance door open , because of the odor . You all can keep that place . Even the dr was snotty with the young man that was helping him hold my pet . Good riddance to that place !

LOVE THIS PLACE AND I HATE WHEN PEOPLE CONFUSE THIS PLACE WITH THE HORRIBLE ANIMAL HOSPITAL ON BOGART AVE ALSO LOCATED ON MORRIS PARK JUST A FEW BLOCKS AWAY. I have no complaints I highly recommend this place I moved to Florida two years ago and recently moved back. I had a huge flea infestation and the office manager Kathy(who by the way remembered my name and my 3 yorkies¿ names which made me feel great) talked to me for almost and hour explaining step by step how to removed fleas from my house and off my pets and I loved it. And called me after a week to see how we were doing (come on what other hospital calls to see if you got get of fleas I didn¿t even step foot in the hospital yet with my pets since I returned) it shows how serious this place is about helping pets and their owners. I read all the reviews on this site and notice all the good ones mention people by names and the bad ones cant , makes you think if they are real or not

I have come to this hospital twice looking for service, and both times there isn't a veterinarian on site. I once went with an emergency and I was turned away. The receptionist herself told me about a better hospital, and I have never seen an animal hospital that is open only five hours a day. Look for a better place to take your pet.

These are not nice or humane people. I brought in my dieing cat and because I didn't have an appointment I was told it would cost extra ($60.00) I lost my job and I asked it I could work out monthly payments. They said no and would only accept cash before I saw a doctor. I was forced to take my friend out in the cold and wait for a bus to take us home. Very uncaring people. Don't be fooled by their web site. Read up on what they did to other patients in their care.

On July 20th, 2007 my wife took our female English bulldog, Chewy Sky Ryan, for a routine spay operation. When my wife called that afternoon to see how the procedure went, they called her back and told her that Chewy stopped breathing and that she was dead.When my wife went to go see her in the operating room, Chewy still had her walking harness on her. This should have been a sterile environment - it wasn't. How could they leave an unclean harness on a dog during an operation?When they delivered Chewy to us, they tried to hand her to us, frozen, in a black garbage bag.I had a necropsy performed on Chewy the next day. She died due to an anesthetic death. They should have done pre-op blood work - they didn't. They should have explained the risks to us - they didn't.No one from the management of this place ever called to apologize or explain what happened. The staff was cold and callous. If you love your pet, stay away from these monsters. They're killers.

Very good service. Your pet is very well taken care of. A little pricey.
