I was in a wreck and messed up the front end of my truck, took ithe in and they had it ready in a week and a half. My truck looked brand new. Everyone was very nice and professional. I am very happy I chose them to fix my truck and highly recommend them.

I took my Buick in to have it repaired after a deer ran into the front end. Premier said it would be a couple of weeks. It took 32 days and they never called me until day 32. I called each week to check on the progress and they told me it would be done the next week. So I called then and they told me another week. Very disorganized and lack of communication between shop and management. They didn't seem to have any knowledge about Buick repairs for a company that has been in business for as long as they have. I've had my car back for a few months now and am still having problems spring up from the repairs that Premier did. My insurance agent and I have contacted them many times to have them fixed but they won't own up to them and won't fix them. Apparently they don't guarantee their work for life like they said they do. Horrible experience throughout!
