We are extremely pleased with the 2015 Jeep Cherokee that we bought from Jay Feathers at Jim Norton Chevrolet. Jay is very courteous and professional. We worked out a deal that we could agree on, and went to the finance department where they usually want to add stuff on, but to our surprise, our payment was $24 a month lower with GAP insurance added. I have had my car serviced a couple times and each time I have been offered a loaner vehicle. I love the coffee shop area as well and the complimentary cookies they had. A great place to come bring your car for service.
