The Pines has horrible maintenance service. I complain about the same broken closet door & window crank for 3 yrs. Every so often u get bugs & I had to wait for 1 1/2 wk for exterminator. Neighbor moved out b/c of mold. The area is very convenient but not worth the headache. Oh they charge for the use of the a/c EVERY yr. If u want cable service stay away from unit #555 unless u willing to pay to rewire plus The Pines don't allow any drilling. Rent from them if ur desperate & its alottt of foreigners
