Provided by YP.comA friend of mineDarlene Gearey and her daughter Abigailhad put a Christmas tree on layaway at Kmart at the Brockton Kmart When they went to get their layaway the tree could not be found. If it weren't for a supervisor named Denise it would have been a very sad Christmasfor Darlene special needs child. After hearingDarlene tell me this inspiring story it gave me renewed faith in not only Christmas but in customer service as well. If it weren't for Denise in her exceptional efforts to resolve this matterDarlene daughter would have had an extremely heartbreaking Christmas. We need more people like Denise in this world.
