I had a great experience from the time I walked In to the time I walked out I was greeted with a smile from one of the employees I think her name was julie and she helped me pick out the perfect birthday gift for my fiance! I would definitely go back in a heart beat they even offered me a sample of there new fro-yo it was delicious!! Will be going back soon

I ordered, went there to pick it up yesterday , but the store was close. I didn't even received a courtesy phone call from them to let me know they were closing early. They're so unprofessional. I will not order anything from them.

I ordered from this store, as a birthday gift. Well, for whatever reason, it did not get delivered soon enoughon the day I had ordered it for. It was a Friday, and I was sending it to a school where the person worked. Well, I called the store and explained that it never got delivered and that they had closed at 5:00. I explained it was a birthday surprise and they asked me if I had an alternative deliver address. I did but it was out of their delivery range, the management at the Brockton store called another store and had them deliver it on a Saturday and included some balloons which I did not order! That was some amazing customer service. I would do business with them in a heartbeat!
