Whenever I need an appointment I can have my choice of times. Katie is more than willing to come in at 8:00 on Saturday mornings to fit me in. She's very knowledgeable about products and keeps up to date on what's new in hairstyles. She knows exactly how to cut my hair from just a few details I give her. It's great to go to a place and not have to worry about whether or not you're going to like your hair when you come out.

They are very thoughtful while you wait for your hair to process with getting coffee or whatever to drink and magazines to read.
