The team at Earl's has been reliably servicing our pool and hot tub for over 10 years. They are fast to respond, keep their promises, reasonably prices, and always find a way to go above and beyond. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Very professional. Always go the distance. Can address every issue that comes up, from electrical to plumbing. Literally there is nothing about pools they don’t know. Capable of thinking outside the box. Have even driven to Albany to pick up parts that were shipping slowly. If you want hassle free pool ownership, use this company. You will never be disappointed.

Prompt response and immediate service to repair connections and install new heater in fall 2018 and another time in early 2020 to install a new motor right in the middle of a winter season rental. They are the only company I would call for my hot tub!

I called several pool & tub companies seeking servicing of a used Softtub before connecting with Earl’s. Earl’s staff were prompt to schedule an assessment of our used hot tub, communicated routinely with us during the pursuit of replacement parts and then promptly made the repairs so we could begin using it. Highly recommended!

So happy to have found a pool company that wants to serve their customers. We have tried two other companies and both were challenging to get a hold of and were slow to remedy issues. Earl’s pool came through for us when no one else would! They were timely, cost effective and didn’t make us feel like we were a burden. Grateful for them and for crystal clear water!

Initial phone call answered quickly and courteously and I was told that Earl would call me. Earl called me within 10 minutes to follow up on my issue. An appointment was made.
