Employee Brad Cloyd BEWARE of this man, LIED & after admitting he didn't fix our heat pump & offering a refund, he never would refund money as promised. Hung up on me when calling & ignored voicemails & texts. Has all business numbers forwarded to his personal cell so you can't reach anyone else. Very sneaky & rude & unprofessional. Cashed my check within 10 mins of leaving my house, reported to BBB & courts. Fraud!!!

BEWARE! Brad Cloyd will steal your $ & fix NOTHING. LIED to myself & husband, cashed our ck within 15 mins of leaving & didn't fix anything as promised**wont answer our calls--had to file thru BBB, & small claim pending on this terrible person... BEWARE!!!!

My husband called them around 12 pm and they lead him to believe they would be able to come out to fix our heat pump later that afternoon. Waited then had to call back and was told it would be Monday! No heat this weekend. Do not fool with this company. If we had known this we could have called someone else!

These guys replaced my coil under a crawl space and did a great job and the price was much cheaper than anyone else we priced. Brad and Jeff both seem to know a lot about the heat pump business . I would call again. And I would recommend to others. Thanks. Jane

Our heat pump was not working properly so we called these guys. They are very knowledgeable and affordable. They replaced the unit and ductwork ..and the work they did was proper . The husband and I were very pleased. Very good to work with you...they care about the customers. A+

These liars claimed to have inspected the heat pump on the home I was going to purchase and wrote on the owner's invoice "No Repairs Needed". After a few months of the sick, moldy smell and water all over the floor I finally opened the case up myself and found over 1" thick matte of dirt, hair and mold stuck to the cooling fins just like insulation. It took considerable effort to get it off and the fins no longer look too good, but the leaking water and smell is gone. These guys are crooks! DON'T TRUST THEM!!!
