Paid out 400$ and my car still runs the same as before. I tried talking it out but was basically told " too bad ". All they were willing to do is take out the parts they claimed to have put in for half of a refund. JR himself would not even come out to talk to us even though he was there. I guess the mechanic was in charge of things.

Don't bother even going. He doesn't need your money. The man talks over you and actually acts as if he doesn't want to work on your car. I needed my car's problem diagnosed and fixed and was willing to hand over my credit card and have him do whatever it takes to fix it, but he wasn't interested.

I love going to jr's.He has fast service,great rates,good service,I reccomend JR'S muffler to everyone,Thanks JR.
