I brought a mower in that was completely impossible to find parts for anywhere. I searched and searched and searched, but could not find the parts. Anyways, I took my mower to I81 lawn and garden. Not only did they have the parts in stock they also replace them on my mower for a very low labor rate. Everyone there was very helpful and kind. Thank you I81!

I agree with the other review completely. I had a self propelled lawn mower which I gave them to service. It was older mower but hardly used and in good condition. They kept it for four months because they said it needed to replace the gear. Finally when I got it back they had substituted the wrong gear, as a result the mower was too fast to even keep up with it. They were rude and did not respond to legitimate complain as long as they were already paid. The worst part is they charged more then a new mower. If they did not find the correct part they should have told me and not use wrong part knowing fully well that the mower will not work. Their priority is to get your money and not to provide what they charge for.Keep away from such unethical business.

I took a power washer in to replace the oil pump gasket on 3/19/12 and TWO months later I finally get it back. It doesn't work when I get it home. they never answer the phone and never called, without a doubt the worse place I have ever done business. never again and I will tell everyone what a bunch of hacks they are. STAY AWAY
