It is 1:23 am just went to Hardees and ordered 2 sausage biscuits w chez and 2 biscuits and gravy. Got home and noticed that my sausage biscuits didn't have the chez on them and when i went to get the receipt, it wasn't with my food. So I had to look up the phone and number and I have called them 10xs back to back and they wont answer the phone. Hardees, get your act together!!!!

I ordered food their today and found a long hair in my Hot Dog chili and have found hair on my food once before and have know plans on buying anymore food from there again.

RUDE costumer service. Never any hellos, how are you, please, thank you.. Ridiculous. & even when it's not busy (meaning Im the only customer) it is a veryveryvery LONG wait. Food is good thoigh.
