Out of the blue one morning my car decided to not start, hadn't had any prior issues. I've never taken a vehicle to this shop before but the garage I usually go to was already backed up and I needed this taken care of asap. I called and told the gentleman I spoke to what my situation was, had it towed there and that afternoon they called me and told me it was straightened out and ready to go. Turned out the chip in my key went bad. 4 stars because I did ask for an oil change as well when they called me but said it was too late in the day now. That was around 1 when he called and they close at 5. Not a big deal but I was a little disappointed

Brakes making high pitch, dragging noise at low speed. Brake and rotor repair recommended.

I've been going to Cowan's for years. Couldn't ask for more honest people to work on your car. They always have fair prices and always take care of the problem. Wouldn't take my car anywhere eles!
