I need some repairs on my watches. Victor, the owner, performed the repairs quickly and had me out the door in 15 minutes. Very cordial service.

Don't believe it when they tell you they'll get anything you want and make it right if it's not. They will say anything to get a sale.

The prices are high and the quality questionable. We've had three bad experiences with them. A chain we ordered broke because it was not all 'welded links' that we paid for. They were willing to fix that...for a charge!

Another necklace with a charm is pitted and will not polish. They said that's the way silver is. Funny, none of my other silver jewelry is like that. They talked us into a more expensive charm to replace that. We were told it could be returned if it wasn't right...not true! It is cheaply made and tiny - thin, flat, and looks like it was stamped out of sheet metal. They will not return it.

Six hundred dollars later, and we are stuck with a broken chain, a pitted charm necklace, and another charm not big enough for a toy poodle to wear.

Rosado's is the best place to go for all of your Jewelry needs, especially when it comes to repairs. Victor does all repairs right in front of you. He does NOT send it out to another place or take it into a hidden room to do the repair work.

Plus this means his time for doing it is much faster than any other place.

Being a Mom and Pop shop his prices are the best that you will find.



I have known Victor for many years and he has always treated everyone with respect and kindness. And you will not find a more honest person in the business.
